Is There a "Best" Weight-Control Book?
Maybe. But what is "best" right now may change in the future. When that occurs, I will modify the following: The best weight control book I know of has wonderful and yes, doable behavioral modification tips that will help you lose excess weight and keep the weight off no matter what calorie-cutting eating plan you are on.
The main precept of the Charleston Program: The Permanent Weight-Control Solution is that you don't need to be on a diet, you need to be on a proper eating program. That said, the Charleston Program also has a "No Hunger" eating plan that works. Read a chapter and check out the Table of Contents at Charlestonprogram.com. Remember, I am co-author. Buying the book helps support this free site.
What is the Best Weight-Control Program? The best by far is the Take Shape for Life Medifast program. Can you eat every 3 hours? That's what you do on the Medifast program. I lost 33 pounds of the program and got off of insulin.
